About

Analysts who sit with operations, not only with spreadsheets

Page Horizoncore grew from work inside Hong Kong branch networks where month-end packs were long, definitions drifted, and regional managers stopped trusting the colour coding.

What we care about

Clear definitions. Peer groups that reflect footfall and premises, not only organisational maps. Commentary that names typhoons, renovations, and system outages instead of burying them. And scorecards that survive a sceptical regional manager.

We are based in Kowloon Bay and work primarily with retail and commercial banks operating in Hong Kong. Engagements stay deliberately bounded: we design and interpret banking operations dashboards and branch performance analysis; we do not sell licences or run your MIS desk permanently unless you retain us for commentary.

Working approach

Every engagement has a named lead, a shared metric dictionary, and a written readout. We prefer fewer measures done carefully over encyclopaedic packs that nobody finishes. When data is incomplete, we say so early rather than inventing confidence.

Community & context

Hong Kong’s branch landscape—dense high streets, mall counters, typhoon closures, bilingual floors—shapes how we group peers and adjust hours. Generic scorecards imported from other markets usually fail that test.
