Refunds & cancellations

## Scope These rules apply to professional services offered by Page Horizoncore: Branch Performance Review engagements, Operations Reporting Pack Design, Regional Scorecard Workshops, and Monthly Performance Commentary Retainers. This site does not sell physical goods or software licences. ## Deposit and payment Project engagements typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the start window. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Fees are stated in Hong Kong dollars unless a proposal says otherwise. ## Full refund eligibility A full refund of amounts paid is available if: - We cancel the engagement for reasons within our control before substantive work begins; or - You cancel in writing more than 14 days before the agreed start date and we have not begun paid preparation beyond preliminary scheduling ## Partial refunds If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date, we may retain up to 50% of the deposit to cover reserved analyst time and prep already performed. After work has started—data inventory, workshops delivered, or draft packs issued—fees for completed stages are non-refundable; unused later stages may be credited or refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion as documented in writing. ## Non-refundable items - Completed workshops (including prep days already delivered) - Delivered reporting packs and scorecard materials - Commentary months already produced and sent - Third-party costs approved by you in writing (for example room hire you asked us to book) ## Cancellation by you Send cancellation requests to info@page-horizoncore.click with the proposal reference. The notice date is the business day we receive the email during Hong Kong banking hours. ## Rescheduling Workshops and kick-offs may be rescheduled once without penalty if you give at least 7 days’ notice and a mutually available date exists within 60 days. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a reschedule fee of up to 15% of the affected stage. ## No-shows If key client attendees fail to attend a booked workshop without 48 hours’ notice, the workshop fee remains payable. We will offer one short remote catch-up (up to 90 minutes) at no extra charge; a full re-run is billed separately. ## Work already started Once data inventory, interviews, or drafting has begun, that stage is billable. Pausing an engagement for more than 30 days may require a restart fee to reassemble extracts and peer groups. ## Purchased materials We rarely purchase materials on your behalf. If we do with prior written approval, those costs are non-refundable once incurred. ## Refund process and timing Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of written approval. Bank processing times may add several days. ## How to request a refund Email info@page-horizoncore.click with your name, organisation, invoice or proposal number, and reason. We respond within five business days. ## Exceptions Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory Hong Kong consumer law that cannot be excluded.
