How we price the work
Most engagements are quote-based after a short scoping call. The ranges below help you budget before we see your branch count and data landscape.

What moves a quote
- Number of branches and legal entities in scope
- How many source systems must be reconciled
- Whether field visits are included
- Bilingual delivery requirements for packs and workshops
- Rush timelines ahead of board or regulatory deadlines
What we do not bill as
We do not sell software seats, usage tiers, or “starter / professional / enterprise” licences. If your need is a one-day workshop, we price a workshop—not a subscription.
Deposits
Project work typically requires a 40% deposit to reserve the start window, with the balance due on delivery of the agreed pack or workshop. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. See our refund policy for cancellations and work already started.
