The problem we solve
Month-end packs often grow by accretion—extra tabs, duplicated charts, footnotes that only one analyst understands. Branch managers skim; EXCO asks for a “simpler version.” We redesign the pack around the decisions that actually recur each month.

- Audit of the current pack and interview notes with branch, region, and head-office readers
- Information hierarchy for one primary pack and optional one-page regional summaries
- Chart and table standards that stay readable when printed for branch boards
- Handover notes so your MIS team can refresh the pack without calling us every cycle
Not included
Ongoing production of the pack after handover, unless you add a separate commentary retainer. We also do not rebuild core data warehouses.
